Double appearance in Hanover

Dörken MKS-Systeme to show new DELTA-PROTEKT® VH 301.1 topcoat at the Fastener Fair in Hanover. / Dörken to simultaneously appear as ‘Best Professional Supplier’ in the ‘Industrial Supply’ section of the 2012 Hanover Trade Fair.

The new Delta-Protekt® VH 301.1 GZ topcoat can be assembled against aluminium without any problem and particularly in difficult applications prevents stick/slip effects when fitting chromium(VI)-free surfaces against e-coated parts.

Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG of Herdecke will be represented at the Fastener Fair in Hanover from 24th to 26th April. At the same time the company will be showcasing itself as ‘Best Professional Supplier’ in the ‘Materials and Semi-finished Products’ category in the ‘Industrial Supply’ section of the concurrently staged Hanover Trade Fair. Given for the first time in 2011, the ‘Best Professional Supplier Awards’ recognise in three categories on a cross-industry basis the year’s best suppliers with their head office or production facilities in Germany. The awards are the result of a joint initiative between accounting and consultancy firm PwC, the trade journal ‘ZulieferMarkt’ (SupplierMarket), published by Carl Hanser Verlag, and Hannover Messe who has invited the winners to the joint booth in hall 6.

At the Fastener Fair Dörken will be presenting on stand F 22 in hall 21 a new topcoat with optimised threaded connection properties when fitting against parts made of aluminium or against e-coated surfaces.DELTA-PROTEKT® VH 301.1 is setting the new technological standard and is the only product on the market that meets the high requirements of the German automotive manufacturer for surfaces used on fasteners in the car body and engine construction. The silica-based topcoat with inte¬grated lubricant prevents in particularly difficult applications stick/slip effects when fitting chromium (VI)-free surfaces against e-coated parts. The new topcoat can also be screwed against aluminium without any problem and thus fulfils the specifications of VW’s new norm 1131-1/2, such as, for example, double fastening into the yield point against aluminium or five-times fastening into e-coat. The new coating has already been used in a diverse range of places both in lightweight construction and for problematic applications, such as fasteners with extreme outer supports and has been able to resolve the fitting problems there.
