New Head of Development

Dr Marcel Roth took up his new role at Dörken MKS Systems on 1st January

On 1st January, Dr Marcel Roth (42) became the new Head of Development at Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG of Herdecke. Having gained his doctorate in physical chemistry, Dr Roth began his professional career in 1991 as Laboratory Manager in the central research department of Henkel AG & Co. KgaA, where he specialised in new materials and nanotechnology. Subsequent fields of work included ‘New Business’ and ‘Adhesive Technologies, Steel/Coil’, where he most recently managed the department developing weldable anti-corrosion primers, pre-treatments and passivation products for the steel and automotive industry’s global market in surface technology.
