Zn lamella with lubricant in the top coat, Cr(VI)-free, preferably non-exposed installation position
Coating thickness:
total thickness: min. 6 µm / max. 15 µm
Zn-layer: min. 3 µm
Colour: silver, black or according to drawing
Corrosion resistance:
120h: no changes to the surface (DIN 50021-SS)
240h: no significant visible change, no Fe-corrosion (DIN 50021-SS)
240h: no lifting, no Fe-corrosion, must still pass SS test (DIN 50017-KK)
Coating system:
Basecoat - DELTA-TONE® 9000 or
- DELTA-PROTEKT® KL 100
