How to rack dip spin!

Description:

The rack dip spinning process is one of the most common application techniques used to coat components of the most diverse materials and industries. Dörken MKS, together with its partner WMV Apparatebau GmbH, is now giving an insight into the process. Here you can learn how efficient corrosion protection is applied to chassis parts such as triangular control arms.

In order to produce an even and highly effective corrosion protection layer, many parameters must be perfectly matched to one another. For example, a component-specific frame design, a suitable coating solution with defined application steps and a final curing process. This is ensured by a system designed by WMV Apparatebau GmbH and Dörken MKS for in-house or contract coaters. Together they create a coating apparatus that is specially tailored to the customer and his projects.
